How do I place an order?

You can purchase any of the items available on the website as you see fit for your display. Custom orders and commissions are always welcomed, just use the contact form above to set up a consultation for a custom order.

When will I receive my order?

All of the items listed in the shop are made to order and are custom built and painted. Orders do not go out until they are 100% finished and packaged, please allow for up to 7-13 days for this production process to happen. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive and email with tracking info and expected delivery date.

Returns & refunds

In an event that your order cannot be fulfilled you will receive and email to keep your order at a delay or cancel your order for a full refund (Full refunds do not apply to custom orders). However, getting your order at a timely manner and with good quality still remains the mission and top priority. Refunds are not issued to items that have been mailed out with tracking, if you have any issues receiving your order or quality control issues please use the contact form and action will be taken for replacement parts to be issued.
